As per the safety policy of the school, training cum demo session was organized in the school on Fire Safety. The resource person Mr. Gopal Khanna, familiarised the entire School staff about their role during an emergency and their duty to help students evacuate the building during a fire. He also briefed the Staff about the different types of fires and the use of the two fire extinguishers that are placed at strategic points in the School, the use of which can prevent a calamity. After a demonstration on how to use the two fire extinguishers, a few of the staff members were encouraged to try their hand at using the fire extinguishers.
