CBSE conducted a training session for the Teachers of the HOL schools on November 23, 2022. The sensitization programme was on ‘Financial Literacy and use of Digital Tools’. This initiative was a part of activities related to Investor Education and Awareness Initiative in terms of SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations 1996. It was a Hub Activity as proposed by CBSE under the aegis of Hubs of Learning.
St. Stephen’s, assigned the role of Hub Lead Collaborator by CBSE, hosted the training session for 90 registered members from the group of Hub schools under its domain.
The teachers from All Saints Senior Secondary School, Ajmer; Shri Balaji Royal Public School, Ajmer; Mayoor School, Ajmer; St. Paul's Senior Secondary School, Ajmer; Demonstration Multipurpose School, Ajmer and Emmanuel Mission Senior Secondary School, Beawar, along with the faculty members of the host school attended the training session.
Shri Aishwarya Tripathi, Chairman of Ajmer Chapter of ICSI and Channel Partner with Angel One, Choice Connect and Stock Note was the Resource Person. He apprised the staff members about the basics of financial planning, different investor plans and how to deal with phishing and cyber frauds.
