The Death Anniversary of the Founder of our School is observed on February 26, 2023.
The management, faculty members and office staff paid homage to the great visionary and educationist, Shri Gilroy Martins on his eighteenth death anniversary on February 25, 2023.
A commemorative prayer service commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Director, the Principal and the Secretary of St. Stephen’s School Society, followed by the singing of bhajans. On this occasion, the members of the staff who had had the privilege to meet Sir Martins shared the values they had imbibed from him based on their own personal interactions with the founder. The Director in her speech said that a true tribute can be given to Sir Martins only by moving in the direction shown by him and making efforts to achieve his ideals. The Principal urged the staff to follow the path that the Founder had carved with great grit and determination. The prayer service concluded by offering a floral tribute to the Founder.
