Our School celebrated the Thirty-ninth Annual Sports Meet on December 23, 2023, amidst a lot of excitement and enthusiasm. The Chief Guest for the occasion, Shri Sat Prakash Yadav, Former Head Coach and Former Captain of the Indian National Basketball Team presided over the function. The sports day began with the Chief Guest raising the school flag and declaring the Sports Meet Open. The athletes participated in a wide array of energetic and enthusiastic track events ranging from the 100m, 200m, 4x100m relay races and Tug-of-war.
The other attractions of the day were the Drummer’s Call, a motivating Group Song, a lively Hula-Hoop Dance and a rhythmic Gymnastics display. The Chief Guest congratulated the winners and awarded them medals and accolades. The Blue House won the trophy for the Best House in Games and Sports and also bagged the trophy for the Overall Best House. The Chief Guest in his address emphasized the importance of discipline and sports in daily life, echoing our school’s values. The Annual Sports Meet ended with the Chief Guest lowering the school flag with the Beating of the Retreat.
