YOGA DIWAS
We celebrated the International Yoga Day in our school on June 21, 2024, with great enthusiasm. The management, staff and students actively participated in the event. The Yoga session started with warm-up exercises followed by different asanas and pranayam. While performing yoga, we stretched our arms, bent our legs, rolled our necks and twisted every part of our body with dexterity. The session taught us the importance of Yoga in our daily life and how to maintain harmony between mind and body.
