WORKSHOP ON VISIBLE THINKING ROUTINES

St. Stephen’s, being the Hub Lead Collaborator School, conducted a workshop on Visible Thinking Routines on July 27, 2024, for schools under the aegis of Hubs of Learning.  This workshop engaged 15 teachers from Hub schools in exploring innovative pedagogical techniques that make students' cognitive processes more transparent and accessible. Participants delved into various Thinking Routines aimed at enhancing critical and reflective thinking, promoting collaborative learning, and integrating these practices into everyday teaching.

The hands-on nature of the workshop empowered educators to use innovative tools and effectively incorporate these routines into their curricula. The session also equipped the teachers to stimulate students' intellectual curiosity and ability to think deeply about complex concepts. The workshop aligned with the NEP 2020 vision for fostering critical thinking and experiential learning.
