The Diwali celebration at our school this year was an event filled with joy, colours, and excitement, embracing the spirit of unity and tradition. The students of the Pre-Primary section celebrated Diwali with lights and festive cheers on October 26, 2024. Students, teachers, and staff came together to commemorate the Festival of Lights with a series of engaging activities and performances. The event began with the lighting of a ceremonial diya by the Director and the Principal, symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil. The teachers and students performed pooja, introducing the young learners to the significance of Diwali. The children dressed in traditional attire danced joyfully, adding to the festive spirit as they sang devotional bhajans dedicated to Lord Rama and Goddess Lakshmi. A touch of vibrant rangoli designs and diyas filled the ambience with a warm glow.
