The students of Grades IV & V participated in the English Choral Elocution on November 23, 2024. The students recited poems on the theme ‘The Five Minds for Future’ inspired by Howard Gardner’s concept, emphasizing the key mindsets required to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
The students employed voice modulation, harmony, synchronized gestures and expressive intonation to captivate the audience. The activity helped the students to achieve its dual purpose of enhancing linguistic skills and instilling essential mindsets for future readiness and to embrace the values of the five minds, namely, the Disciplined Mind, Synthesizing Mind, Creating Mind, Respectful Mind, and Ethical Mind in their daily lives.
