An interactive seminar was organized on April 17, 2026, for students of Grades VIII and IX, focusing on adolescent well-being, healthy eating habits, and the mindful use of screen time.
The session conducted by resource person, Ms. Shilpi Bhattacharya, encouraged active participation and meaningful dialogue, enabling students to better understand the physical and emotional changes during adolescence while emphasizing the value of nutritious food choices.
The seminar also highlighted the importance of positive screen time—using digital platforms for learning, creativity, and skill development. Through thought-provoking discussions and practical insights, students were sensitized to strike a healthy balance, making informed and responsible choices that contribute to their overall well-being.
