The students of Classes Nursery to V celebrated Earth Day with great enthusiasm on April 22, 2026. To mark the occasion, students participated in a variety of engaging and educational activities aimed at creating awareness about environmental conservation.
Using stories from the StoryWeaver website, students engaged in various creative activities across different classes. Students from Nursery to H.K.G. learned how to segregate wet and dry waste responsibly. Grade I students enjoyed colouring worksheets inspired by the stories, while Grade II students showcased their creativity by making flipbooks based on an Earth Day video. Grade III students prepared flashcards and participated in a show-and-tell activity. Meanwhile, students of Classes IV and V completed reflection sheets based on stories related to nature and conservation.
Through these meaningful activities, the children developed a deeper understanding of the importance of caring for and protecting our planet Earth.
